A workout app that does the math for you.

Weight and reps are all you enter. Volume, personal records, streaks and levels are worked out by the app, separately for each discipline.

  • Works without internet
  • No ads, no trackers
  • No account needed

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is yours

In a paper log or a spreadsheet you do all three. Here - only the first.

  1. 01

    You log a set

Weight and reps are already filled in gray - that's the plan. Beside them is the “last” column: what you did last time. Check off a set - it's logged, and the rest starts.

  2. 02

    The app does the math

Volume in your discipline's units, an estimated 1RM and XP for the work. The server does the math, not your calculator.

  3. 03

    Progress shows right away

PRs, streak and level update the same moment. The goal is set in weeks, and one missed week is covered by a freeze - a business trip doesn't wipe out three months of work.

    26 weeks in a row

    MonTueWedThuFriSatSun

Friday is covered by a freeze: they build up on their own, and you never spend them by hand.

Screens

This is how it looks

Not a feature list but the screens themselves - the same as in the App Store, only drawn in your theme and your color.

Build the plan once - from then on it fills itself in

A template remembers the exercises, rep ranges and rest. The sets always hold what's written in it, and after a workout “Progression” raises its weight by itself - by the double progression rule, not by eye.

  • A step is added only when the previous week was really completed
  • What changed in the plan shows in the workout summary, with a “Cancel” button right there
  • The weight is rounded to what you can actually load: plates in pairs, dumbbells by the rack
  • A deload starts from here too - the decision is made before the workout

Sheet · template before the start

You see exactly what's working - and what you haven't touched in a while

Each of the 274 exercises has its own muscle map, its own equipment and its own history: every set in order, the best result and an estimated one-rep max.

One color per group, everywhere

ChestTricepsShoulders

The same colors are in the load ring after a workout and in the exercise list: an imbalance looks the same on all three screens.

  • A custom exercise takes a couple of taps and lives right next to the catalog

Screen · exercise card

A deload week is a prescription, not a label added after the fact

The app cuts the weight, sets and rest itself and marks the column as a deload. Three depths, for a day or a week, and the window closes on its own.

Sheet · deload

  • Rest is cut along with the weight

A light week should be shorter too - the percentage applies to the rest between sets as well.

  • You see the bar, not “−20%”

The weight is rounded to the plates you actually have: on Tuesday you'll load exactly 87.5 kg.

  • PRs and streak stay intact

Such a week is marked, and it spoils neither your stats nor your streak.

The summary arrives by itself the moment the last set is done

A verdict on every exercise against last time, new PRs and a load ring by muscle group - the server does the math, not your calculator.

  • PRIt's marked at once and becomes the new baseline - next time is measured from it.
  • 46/32/22The ring shows the imbalance across muscle groups: what you load, and what you've been skipping for months.
  • deloadA light week is marked in the summary and spoils neither your PRs nor the month's stats.

GesWay Plus

A year of work broken down into numbers you can check

Weekly tonnage, 30 days vs the previous ones, progress on every exercise, muscle group imbalances and dropped movements.

  • The periods compared are named by date - you can always double-check a number
  • “No change” is an honest answer, not a zero with a percent sign

The log itself, volume, PRs and streaks stay free - only this breakdown moves to Plus.

Appearance

Colored to suit you - all of it, not one button

The palette is rebuilt around the color you pick: it doesn't just repaint a button, it derives every shade, the neutrals included. The same engine colors this site.

Ten colors, four themes, six patterns and corners

Tap a color, a theme or the corners on the right - the whole site redraws itself with the same engine as the app. Four accents, three themes and all the corners are free; OLED, the other colors and the patterns are in Plus.

Questions

Short and to the point

If the answer isn't here - email and the Telegram channel are at the bottom of the page, and both are answered by the same person who wrote this.

How much does it cost?

Logging workouts and counting volume, PRs and streaks is free, with no time limit. Plus is a subscription with features of its own; the free trial needs no card.

Will it work for my sport?

Five disciplines, each counted in its own unit: strength in kilograms, cardio and team sports in minutes, combat sports in rounds. Anything that fits none of them is “Other”, and it counts toward your streak and weekly goal too.

What happens to my streak if I miss a week?

The goal is set in weeks, and one missed week is covered by a freeze - a business trip or an illness won't break your streak. Freezes build up on their own, and you never spend them by hand.

Do I need internet during a workout?

No. A workout logs on a plane or in a basement gym and goes to the server by itself once the signal is back. Nothing gets lost and there's nothing to tap.

When is it coming out?

The app is getting ready for release on the App Store, Google Play and RuStore. We'll post in the Telegram channel on release day - in one message.
