The app does the numbers
The model doesn't write a single number - it names an exercise or a section, and the app draws the last working set, the strength curve and the muscle group's share. The figure under a tip can't disagree with the figure in your insights.
From what you have at hand
A gym, a barbell at home, dumbbells or a pull-up bar - a swap is picked only from movements your equipment allows, with an eye on your experience and session length.
Every tip is a door
A card opens the exercise or section it's about, and the app switches on a “deload” itself - nobody uses a tip with nothing to tap.
Opening the screen costs nothing, and a repeat over unchanged workouts comes from what's saved: a new reading counts only once workouts have been added.

How it works
What you pay, when, and how to get it back
Six facts, and each is a clause of the Subscription Agreement rather than a spoken promise: the clause number stands under each one.
Charges
399 ₽ every month or 2,490 ₽ every 12 months - the amount and the period are chosen when you subscribe and don't change for renewals.
Agreement, cl. 3.1Auto-renewal
On the day the paid period ends, the same amount is charged to the saved card. The next charge date is on the management page and in an email.
Agreement, cl. 3.2Payment
By card or via SBP on T-Bank's secure page. Card details are entered there and never reach us.
Agreement, cl. 3.4Cancellation
Any time, on the subscription management page - with one button. Access stays until the end of the paid period, and your records aren't going anywhere.
Agreement, cl. 5.1Refunds
You can back out any time: we refund the unused days. A double charge, a charge after cancellation or access we didn't unlock - we refund in full. Email support and get an answer within ten days.
Agreement, cl. 6.1Receipts and emails
The receipt goes to your account's email. There's an email about subscribing, every renewal and any failed charge; a failed charge is retried for 3 days.

Cancel with one button - no emails, no explanations
The management page shows what's paid for and when the next charge is, and turns off auto-renewal in one click. Your records and stats stay forever, and if you change your mind, the “Resume” button is right there.

What's left if I cancel?
Everything. Records, templates, custom exercises and stats stay put and stay editable. Only what Plus added goes quiet: progression beyond one template, the schedule, insights and the paid appearance options.
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
On the subscription management page: sign in and press “Turn off auto-renewal”. Access stays until the end of the paid period, and there won't be any more charges. Changed your mind? The “Resume” button is right there.
I subscribed on the website - how does it get into the app?
By itself. Plus belongs to the account, not the device: open the app with the same account, and Plus is already active - in every app of the family and on every phone.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, seven days with no card. It opens in the app once there's something to show: after eight logged workouts and two weeks with an account. Once per account.
What happens if a charge fails?
We'll email you and try again within 3 days. All that time the paid features are paused, and your data isn't touched. To use another card, subscribe again.

What you accept when you pay
The Subscription Agreement is a separate document about charges, cancellation and refunds; the Consent covers the data a payment needs. Each is accepted with its own checkbox, unticked by default.
